Book

Judy has always approached tennis, and life, head-on. Even though she was in her early 20s when managing her first full-time job in collegiate athletics, she took on a university to fight for fairness for women athletes and coaches. And even though there were times she was told that rare health issues might end her tennis career and even her ability to play tennis at all, she chose not to stop. As the UMass tennis coach, she has always tried to instill in the college players that moving forward was the only way–focus on improving, keep going even when hardship gets in your way. We all face tough times. This story is about persevering.
